Refund Policy
At Slowroll Golf & Social, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to be fair while also respecting the time and preparation that goes into each booking.
Cancellations

24 Hours Notice: Reservations canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time will receive a full refund or credit toward a future booking.

Less Than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable.
No-Shows
Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled booking without prior notice will not be refunded.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your booking time will still end as originally scheduled. We cannot extend sessions into the next customer’s time.
Refunds
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
We know life happens - if you cancel inside the 24-hour window due to an emergency, please contact us directly. We may be able to issue a partial credit at our discretion.
